Here is how it works:
OnCall™ allows you to self-schedule online to meet your weekly or monthly commitments as well as picking up unfilled shifts. For nurses interested in planning ahead, our “Dashboard” feature gives nurses the opportunity to immediately select a shift by looking at a calendar of open shifts.
When signing up with OnCall™ you can select to have job posting from your hospital listed in your Dashboard or listing from your hospitals network of facilities. If you are looking for additional shifts OnCall™ can post listing from hospitals located throughout your area. With this unique feature you can select to join the OnCall™ Nurses Pool. Being part of the Nurses Pool you will have access to listing of hospitals looking to fill their open shifts. Based on your profile setting you will begin to receive shift listing based on your qualifications.

OnCall notifies nurses by delivering automated messages to a variety of devices such as email, mobile phones, and PDA’s via text message. Nurses are notified of an open shift and once a confirmed response is received, the shift is automatically filled and awarded. Nurses may choose to not receive automated messages for reasons such as vacation time or days off.
