• Notify employees by delivering automated messages to a variety of sources such as email and mobile phones via text message
• Employees are notified of an open shift and once a confirmed response is received, the shift is automatically filled and awarded.
• Managers can monitor progress and will also receive e-mail notifications once shifts are filled.
• Congruent with all other OnCall™ staffing practices, only employees that are qualified to work the open shift receive the automated messages.
• Employees may choose to not receive automated messages for reasons such as vacation time.
• All outward-bound messages and employee responses are recorded for reporting and tracking.
